System Input

Input is directly taken from the Ring machine. Machine has capability to store its current state. So that current state of the machine is taken through an electric device PLC. PLC device provides an interface to transfer data of machine to system. There are three inputs taken from the machine

1. Current Speed of the machine
2. Counter of the machine
3. Current status of the machine in the form of data bits.

All the possible yarn counts registered first that can manufacture by the company.

Every count which is currently running on the machine must be registered with the machine name and starting time stamp. This is also called production plan.

System output

There are several reports taken from the system’s input.

Production reports

1. 24 hours production of each machine.
2. Shift wise production of each machine.

Doff reports

1. No of doff of each machine in day

Stoppage Reports

1. Machine Stoppage summary of a day
2. Machine Stoppage summary of a shift
3. Machine Stoppage Detail

Frame Inspection

Live machine inspection interface. By this interface every machine can be monitored.
